Our creative journey began with a visit to the region where this exceptional honey is produced. Immersing ourselves in the pristine mountains, we observed the bees in their element—industrious, tireless, and essential to the ecosystem. Inspired by their dedication, we named the honey "ERGATRIA," derived from the Greek word for "worker," paying homage to the bees’ relentless hard work and vital role in nature.
The design process was similarly rooted in our observations of these incredible creatures. Watching bees fly from plant to plant, we were struck by the dynamic shapes created by their movement. One perspective, viewed from below, captured the impressive silhouette of a bee in motion—the rapid fluttering of its wings blending with its body to form a bold, unique shape. This became the central visual for our label.
The label design leverages transparency, allowing the rich, golden hue of the honey to shine through, visually connecting the contents of the jar to its origin. A bold black accent frames the bee’s silhouette, creating a striking contrast that highlights both the honey’s natural vibrance and the iconic design.
Finally, the wooden cap was chosen to underscore the product’s quality and purity. Its natural texture complements the overall aesthetic, reinforcing a connection to the honey’s origins in untouched nature while adding an element of refined craftsmanship.
