RODIA TSEVA:
Our organic pomegranate vinegar is the result of dedicated, hands-on care at our organic pomegranate estate. We tend to the trees daily, without the use of chemical fertilizers, and the entire process—from harvesting and processing to distillation and bottling—is done largely by hand. The effort is demanding, but the result more than justifies the labor.

Producing this vinegar requires real, physical labor—work that the people of RODIA TSEVA undertake with devotion. The name “ΜΟΧΘΟΣ” (pronounced “MOCHTHOS”, Greek for “toil” or “hard labor”) paired with the main visual design, encapsulates this everyday struggle and care.
This symbolism is expressed through the fruit itself, highlighting that each pomegranate used to create this exceptional vinegar contains the very essence of the labor that went into it.
The custom logotype “ΜΟΧΘΟΣ” is deliberately placed vertically on the bottle. This small required effort to read it, combined with the visual placed just beneath, subconsciously reinforces the concept of toil embedded in every drop.
