TRK COFFEE:
We created a traditional Greek coffee with an authentic, rich taste and intense aroma, naming it “Paradosiakos Kafenes” — a term referring to a classic Greek coffee shop and gathering place where coffee, soft drinks, beverages, appetizers, or desserts are served, and where people often play cards and backgammon. Our aim is to evoke the atmosphere of a traditional “kafeneio” with every sip of our coffee — a moment of connection, leisure, and Greek heritage.

Through extensive research into the history of Greek coffee and the evolution of traditional coffee shops from their inception to the present day, we uncovered a wealth of cultural and historical insight. Among the most fascinating elements, from an artistic perspective, was the decoration style of these establishments.
One of the most iconic and visually distinctive styles is the mosaic — a timeless element of Greek folk aesthetics that continues to inspire.
We embraced this intricate and expressive style as the central visual of our packaging, featuring a classic Greek coffee served in a traditional cup. This artistic direction creates a natural and meaningful connection between the product’s identity and the values it represents.
For the logo, we selected a combination mark that incorporates the silhouette of the traditional coffee pot used to brew Greek coffee, seamlessly integrated into the brand name. Paired with clean, legible typography, the design complements the central mosaic visual while allowing it to take center stage.
From the very first glance, the mosaic visual communicates the product’s essence — transporting the viewer to a traditional Greek café and conjuring vivid impressions of enjoyment, warmth, and nostalgia.
