In designing the new logo for “Paragon Dream Properties,” we drew inspiration from the initial letter “P” as the central visual element, adopting a minimalistic yet timeless approach enriched with architectural references.
The letter “P” was given a sharper, more angular form to establish a strong and organic connection with the name “Paragon.” The integration of vertical lines on its left side, combined with a clean rectangular shape, abstractly echoes the façade of a modern property—an emblematic nod to the premium real estate the agency represents.
For the colour palette, the choice of anthracite grey contrasted with pure white underscores the agency’s prestige, while simultaneously reflecting the elegance, professionalism, and contemporary spirit that define Paragon Dream Properties.
